Summer Programming at the Mindfulness Center

These are challenging times; let the Mindfulness Center help you survive and thrive with their summer mindfulness programming:

  • Afternoon Mindfulness are 30-minute drop-in meditations held on Tuesdays @ 12:30PM starting May 12th.  
  • Feel Better Now is a 4-week skill building workshop series, which runs on Tuesdays from 1-2PM and Wednesdays from 4-5PM.  All participants must register online to attend and to receive meeting information. New series start May 12th!
